STEP #1
Decide which
make/s and model/s handgun/s you want grips for, then decide
which age group of Tru Ivory (Natural White, Slightly Aged,
Antique Yellow and Ultra Antique) you are interested in.
If you
are a previous customer then you know the rest. If you are a
new customer just give a call (425)397-3595 or email us at
sales@truivory.com
for pricing
and any special instructions.

STEP #2
If you are
going to take advantage of our
FREE fitting then
proceed with the following. After speaking with us you
will need to securely package up your parts (this applies
only to single action revolvers with a
removable grip frame.)
PLEASE NOTE:

Please include only
the following parts...
Colt (2nd & 3rd Gen),
USFA, Uberti, Cimarron, Taylors & Co., Beretta, Taurus, Navy
Arms & EMF (call or email for cap and ball revolvers)
* Trigger guard (leave the screw in you revolver)
* Backstrap (leave the top two screws in you revolver
* Leave the main spring attached to the trigger guard
* Attach the trigger guard to the backstrap with the bottom
screw
Ruger Vaqueros (all),
Blackhawk, Super Blackhawk
* The one piece grip frame. Leave the 5 screws in your
revolver. Please
keep the mainspring assembly
STEP #3
Please include
in your packaging complete contact information (day and
evening phone and email if possible) address, age group of
Tru Ivory you wish and any special instructions.

Note: Be sure to insure
it and we will do the same.
STEP #5
Once we
receive your order we will contact you within 1-2 business
days to confirm your order, any special instructions and our
inspection of your parts.
STEP #6
In most cases
we will ship back to you your parts and new, custom
fitted and profiled, grips in 3-4 weeks. If you really
need your parts back sooner than that just ask us and we
will tell you if we can reasonably accommodate your
schedule.
We will
insure your parts and grips when we ship them back. A
signature will be required. You can waive the
signature requirement but we can not be responsible for
packages the carrier has delivered that you did not receive.
We generally use UPS
for shipping. If you have a PO box then we will ship USPS. We can also ship Fed X if you require.
Payment
We accept
checks, money orders as well as VISA, MasterCard, Discover &
American Express (we do not charge your card until we are
ready to ship your grips.) For wholesale orders
payment methods are determined on a case by case basis. |
